Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnoman
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 cups non-fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredents well- Mix in all the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until there are no clumps
- Cook on medium heat until the edges look dry and then flip
* Remember, these pancakes will be dense and thick - this is how they are supposed to turn out!
* Try with real maple syrup for extra deliciousness (even though it's not that healthy...)
